There will always be a problem between Haiti and the Dominican Republic

The problem will always be there between both countries.

Haiti needs to rise with Internatiinal aid. Dominican Republic have their own issues to worry about rather spending time on another country's problems.

2 very different countries.

Language, religion and culture so I advise all nations in the world to begin civilizing Haiti.

United States open the door for them. Dominican Republic is overpopulated as it is. We don't have the luxury continental space like United States of America.

Haiti focus on your country and use your resources to prepare for a modern society.
