It seems to me that Haitians do not know the importance of the MINUSTAH

According to the constitution of Haiti, elections must be held when it is due. The government of Haiti is compelled to act in accordance with its constitution.

The government of Uruguay is not to be blamed if they threaten to withdraw their troops.

It seems to me that Haitians do not know the importance of the MINUSTAH.

Maybe, when they are all gone, they will understand why they were sent to keep the peace.
