Inflation is rampant in the US too; this is relative to the times.

The fact that you can walk the streets at all is a dramatic improvement over just 9 years ago when the UN said we were the most dangerous place on earth w more kidnapping s than Cali Columbia! Haiti is rising from the dead and those who have seen the worst anticipate that the best is yet to come. Haiti so vanse!
