haitian soldier in US ARMY

Ok now nou mande changement, lape',nou mande pou toute moune tounnen lakay yo
I am haitian American i serve in the US ARMY still active with a (security clearence)i had been calling the haitian GOV for months now, what im getting NOTING YES NOTHING.

Noone want to speak to me im trying to offer my experiance, i been calling the haitian ambassodor for month i spoke to his secratery she knew by name thats how much i been calling, i called the haitian PM office no answer, i call the haitian minste' tourisme no answer.

now my question is WHY, why we paying other people to do the same job that haitian can do, so you tell me i can go die in Iraq but i can come home and help my people.
