While the Haitian bourgeois relentlessly continues to steal the peasant lands by using various tactics and subterfuges in collusion with prostitutes Surveyors[Arpenteur]Notaries, Police,Judges, the Martelly's mulatocracy is opening the Haitian shores to foreigners to facilitate the systematic looting the Haitian best and strategic lands, resources and continue to compel Haitians to work at starvation wages to increases profits for the multinational corporations and their Haitian lackeys.

Such policy leave the peasant landless without a means of subsistence and scattered them to various cities in Haiti living in subhuman conditions where they labeling them as "moune en dehors" meaning not belong to not include among real citizens or are called Chimeres, vagabonds,neg sal and forced them to reach foreign shores including in Dominican Republic, Bahamas,USA, Latin America, USA in a last desperate attempt to prevent their own demise or extinction at the hands of those coldblooded bourgeois psychopaths.

This is what explain today that the sons and daughters of Jean Jacques Dessalines who fought for the Haitian independence from the True Axis of Evil-TAoE are compelled to leave Haiti in desperation by using hazardous means of transportation to ventures unknown, deceptive or mirage shores where they usually become shark's meals in high seas before they reached those lands or died in foreign shores by various means often without the dignity of a proper burial and the presence or intervention of their loved ones nor the full and genuine involvement of Haitian Govt plan to retrieve their bodies even-though the same Haitian Govt could spend 65 millions of gourdes in flower carnival for the kleptomaniac Jean Claude Duvalier birth Day.

Remember that some of those so called Haitian Ambassadors& consuls reached a modus vivendi with the host country to protect their jobs, privileges and rackets rather than defending Haitian interests.

All those injustices are done mostly to consolidate the insatiable selfish/shark interests of those who claims they are the paragon and bearer of human rights and democracy in the world! Think about it again.
