Agent-X provides information about Haiti that does not fit in the Western press for their selfish/whale interests.

Agent-X is scouring the globe in quest of relevant information about Haiti interest while the other are more busy looking for info to to satisfy their foreign master goals at the expense of Haiti whether such goals are avowed or unknown to them.
Those cats are willing to sell their families, betray their compatriots to please their foreign masters since those masters throw them extra bones.
