Why bother?

does the Diaspora monies and contributions to Haiti's economy not valuable enough to hold the higher seats.

as usual we Haitians are backwards.

how disappointing, imagine if the new generation of the diaspora who traveled young or in pursuit of education and better life with there reformed thinking, full of knowledge, and a taste of what true leadership and organization is was allowed to hold the higher offices.

What a wonderful world...
