Recruitment of secret militia and re-emergence of tonton macoutes in Haiti

Dispatches from Haiti indicates that Haiti will become a police state again with the current recruitment of secret militias that will work as secret police for the Martelly regime.

Those militia will form two main groups.

The fist group will concentrate mostly on the country side to spy on the peasants as well on city dwellers.

while an elite group will be scattered around the globe to spy on Haitians that live on foreign countries and to carry extra-judiciary killings.

There is a plan for electronics spying through cell phones, computers but it is not elaborate yet.

According to the plan, the elite group will visit public and private gatherings on foreign soils that will include but not limited to places such as: School, universities, doctor offices, internet cafes, restaurants,conferences, demonstration, churches, Masonic lodges, hounfors,hougan, superintendents, mambos, bars, nightclubs,barber shop, taxis drivers at airports,
