Agent-X think that the Haitian government should have Haiti wired with landlines telephone system as a backup to the wireless telephone system to prevent the True Axis of Evil-TAoE from manipulating the wireless telephone infrastructure for political reasons or economic reasons and put Haiti on its knee through embargo, black mail, etc by disrupting our communication infrastructure in the future just by turning the switch off. Wireless telephone means that All communication could be over country wide in a nano second at the flip of a switch.

All governmental services and pubic services should have operational landlines telephone as a backup.
