German arrogance, ignorance regarding China

Agent-X gives foreign news or occurrences if and only if they have some direct or indirect relevance to Haiti.

Anyone that is familiar with Compas, Latin Music or even Mozart could hears a few notes playing and be able to anticipate the course of the music.

Similarly, there are some malefic techniques the imperialists are using against other countries material or/and cultural infrastructures to weaken, atrophy their infrastructures before they put them in total disarray to control them. Such modus opereandi have relevance to the Haitian patriots who must learn to identify them when the imperialist are playing them on their keyboard of hostile intentions.
