This is a bad move that will have far reaching consequences in the future because of the absence of city planners.

If the central government allow the individual business such as the Mews, Boulos,Brandt, Madsen,Vitiello, Bijio,Acra, Daglanis,Brown, Delatour,Baker, Vorbes,Castra, Saliba,Flambert, Rigaud,Argan, Mourra,Martelly and his gang of nouveaux riches to name a few to parcel the terrain anyway they wished according to their selfish interests that may create anarchy, chaos, logistical nightmare and legal problem in the future that will not be in the best interest of the majority.

Let say thirty years from now we will need to build a subway system, efficient routes to improve transportation from the commercial zone to the other areas of the country, the future Haitian government will have to face endless obstacles, lawsuits with those building owners that were given carte blache to do construction according to their narrow interest.

City planning and the parliament should have something to say about the constructions
