The people in Fond Parisien cannot kill him because Mr. Vlentin is under the protection of milice rose if he stay in Haiti.

He will be receiving sustained Tender Loving Care-TLC in Florida kafes under the fake and artificially "attentive, passionate care" of Colombian, Dominican and Asian women at the Haitian tax payer expenses.
