Bernadette, I'm standing fermly behind my reports.

If anyone, would stated that he/she doesn't know judge Franklin Montinat, the thug of Gressier, that person is not from this town. I've exposed Franklin, because of the love that I have for the haitians.

I have lived in Haiti for fourteen years and I know as you know that the Haitians are the best people in the world, because I have been around the World...

Of course, they have bad ones, especially those who have some authority and they want to prove their inferiority, by showing off, abusing the office that they represent.

They steal, kill for their gain/advantages, like that Montinat guy and his friends.

People in NY, Florida and other places have had their relatives humiliated, victimized by this man. Also, some unfortunates ones have been executed for their land and money.

He called himself Martelly's friend to intimidate people.

Back then, people with wisdom (elders) could be judges, of course they didn't have all those rules/laws and people with law degrees, like we have now and they did quite well. People with short memory, limitted knowledge like Montinat, cannot be judges in this new World.

These thieves, only know about their friends, women and money.
