Dual citizenship is accepted all over the world.

If Haiti really expect some economic progress,
the laws should not reject but atract all haitiens

Don't forget Haiti is under OKIPATION./submission
The Diaspora/ double nationalite is in the
best position to help. The only group transfering
huge amont of money inside Haiti ( billions )

So take it easy.
