During the last 12 months I kept saying to every
body in this blog that Haiti Konstitition of 1987
is dead Wrong AGAINST THE DIASPORA.

A constitution is so serious document.

It should
not be a mean for polemique between groups and social
sectors.

The exclusion of the Slaves had resulted in the
independance war (1801 - 1804 ).

Surely the exclusion
of the Diaspora, the army and others is causing a war.
Today President Martelly, the Army and the Diaspora
are facing the begining of that war, where many had fallen
already: Simeus, Wyclef Jean, Rouzier ect....)

Dr. Francois Latour was just when he wanted the Diaspora
to stand up for their right.

Let's begin to stop doing
TRANSFER, TRAVEL, BUSINESS.

WE SHOULD
BLOCK FONDS, AND INITIATE GOOD PROGRAM TO SEND MONEY
TO THE ARMY, OUR TRUE HAITIAN ARMY ( F.A.D.H )
