Thanks for sharing the late Francois Latour's view on double nationality and of the articles of the Haitian constitutions which are neither relevant now or in the future.

Everything that Mr. Latour said is a thousand percent true. The Haitian legislature need to realize that time is changing and the three articles of Constitution are outdated and will sooner or later have to be changed to conform with today
