Bernadette you're right, any Haitian who were born in Haiti, even though he got any others countries passports he is still Haitian by nature.but, at the same time, if for any other reason he got a US passport with a citizenship's paper, or any others countries:listen to me, that person is citizen of this country by naturalization.,
