Monel, I said I was not answering any more posts but yours truly deserves an answer.

It has already been decided my brother that the First world will let the Latin-Caribbeans regions work among themselves.

Put differently, There will be new sheriffs in town from your regions and they will determine the new hierarchy.

Gradually you will be in their hands from now on.In turn the leaders of the new hierarchy will get counseled from the first world.

Simply put, First world will insulate themselves, Latin-Carribeans regions will run themselves through their own new order.
