Being a first generation American born to Haitian parents I only learned of who the Duvaliers were a few years ago.

After searching the internet during the holidays (I'm VERY inquisitive) I haven't been able to pull any information about Nicolas or his sister Anya, other than old articles where their names are listed or mentioned.

I'm just wanting to find his educational background to assess his qualifications as an "advisor" in Martelley's cabinet; however since his last name is Duvalier his last name alone and socio-economic status override any educational background or qualifications he may have.

With that being said, does anyone believe that Baby Doc 2.0 (Nicolas Duvalier) and his sister are protected by the CIA?
