I agree with you sir, cleanliness is very important for tourists to visit you.
In order to be healthy, your environment has to be clean.

Nobody feels comfortable in a dirty place.

Security is also a basic necessity for a country to prosper.

Haiti needs to train more security guards to watch the streets and protect the haitian people.

Haiti needs to train more sanitation officers to teach the haitian people the importance of cleanliness and to keep their environment and their streets clean.

The haitian housekeepers must ask for a better wage because some people do not understand their importance.
