Army in any country is priority.

And, it should be listed in first position of the fiscal budget.

You cannot talk about politics and don't have an Army. That doesn't make any sense
to talk about politics and don't have an Army. When you go to college to study Politics, that's all they teach.

They teach about Armes Forces from the beginning to the end.May God continue to bless you all.
