This is potentially good news. Haiti should keep diplomatic relations with Cuba. Although marginalized, Cuba has a Haitian community formed mainly of artists and of course others.

Raoul has a tough act to follow from his brother's foot step; But I believe he will back a different economic system to Cuba soon after Fidel passed away. Cuba will be ripe for tourism and antique 1950's collectible cars. Martelly should buy a few from Cuba now, before they become available to the public.

Lots of people can't wait to go back to Cuba foreigners and ex-pats alike.
