Why The Dominican Did Not Cut Ariel's Head Off His Body.

Strange to believe, he is a very famous lucky international criminal.

The worst, he is now a very famous Deputy in Haiti.

Only in Haiti professional thief"criminal" can be a Deputy.

Usually regular Haitian in DR would have his head removed for that kind of crime committed in DR by Ariel Belizaire.

As for me Jean Pierre Alexandre, i would like to remove his head from his shoulder.

Shame on the Dominicans to let him go and continue to kill other Haitians brother in DR for stealing a goat, radio,fridge, wallet or simple as cutting a stick of sugar cane to eat you can have your head in your chest by the sugarcane field.
