Arnel Belizaire was jailed six times between 1995 & 2011 for various crimes

September 14, 1995: Arnel Belizaire was arrested after a judge issued a arrest warrant for fraud.

He was incarcerated at the jail of Delmas police station.

His case number was 385-Delmas 285.

Septembre 18, 1995: Arnel Belizaire was freed after he signed a confession admitting to the fraud and agreeing to repay the stolen money and damages.

1998: Arnel Belizaire was deported from the United States for domestic violence.

October 14, 2004: Arnel Belizaire murdered a Haitian citizen.

He was arrested for that murder and during the process the police found in his possession illegal automatic weapons.

He was charged for both counts and put in jail in Haiti's National Penitentiary.

February 19, 2005: Arnel Belizaire broke out of jail and escaped to the Dominican Republic.

July 2, 2005: Arnel Belizaire was arrested by the Dominican police force for car theft.

July 3, 2005: The Dominican authorities deported Arnel Belizaire to Haitian authorities.

July 5, 2005: Arnel Belizaire was jailed in the Haiti National Penitentiary.

He was later sentenced to 18 months in prison and ordered to pay 5,000 gourdes.

June 23, 2006: Arnel Belizaire was freed without serving his full sentence by the Preval Administration without explanation.

The judicial system has been looking for him since.

arnel belizaire need to be in jail for all these counts he has acus edfor. no one should stop the president doing is job. who ever trying to defend... more »
