United Nations forces in Haiti, the MINUSTAH was accessory in the kidnapping of the Haitian parliament member, the honorable Deputy Arnel Belizaire on October 27th, 2011 after 05:00P.M.at Toussaint Louverture International Airport in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

The United Nations in Haiti was well aware of the illegality of the Haitian Government action but chose the option to be a willing accomplice in kidnap by providing the Haitian government logistic support to help kidnap of a parliament member and preventing the Haitian people and many parliament members that were at Toussaint Louverture International Airport in Port-au-Prince from expressing their supports for Deputy Arnel Belizaire, to exercise their constitutional rights to prevent the crime of kidnapping of an elected Haitian official that was in progress.

The United Nations officials in Haiti were well aware that Michel Martelly has been under the influence of crack, cocaine and marijuana when he gave order to arrest Deputy Arnel Belizaire.

The Haitian Parliament should find a mechanism to get the UN Security council involves in this latest MINUSTAH blunder in Haiti and to take immediate corrective action against the responsible of MINUSTAH in Haiti.

Meanwhile, The Haitian parliament must take immediate action to remove Michel Martelly from office in Haiti because of his apparent mental instability, his tendency for violence and to transform Haiti into a police state and for violating several articles in the Haitian Constitution which makes him is unfit to be at the National Palace.
