I hope the president put a fee on visa for any non Haitian individual who would like to visit Haiti, to build some Hospital in our country for the people.

He needs also to put a fee on work permit for the non citizens in Haiti to pay the Haitian Army. I do believe Haiti is a rich country but we only need to know how to make the bucks.
