If Conille gets ratified by the senate, we will be a leader in the Caribbean before president Martelly leaves office, because with Conille as P.M., Clinton will call most of the shots and no one can shake things up in Haiti better than him; with of course aside him, our first real president in 40 years, PRESIDENT MICHEL JOSEPH MARTELLY.
