Ban ki moon need to take all the 12000 kidnapustah out off haiti and put 60000 more of them send to colombia because they have a rebel conflic over there plus, they have a drug problem over there they not going in colombia even if they double their salarypl because they know they will not have time tyo go to the beach rape young boys and dump doodoo in the river and they all know they have 90% chance to end up with bullet in their forehead..
