UN presence in Haiti may be seen in different angles depending where you stand.

Everyone needs help in life, as long as you still keep your dignity and proud.

Deepper analysis woud have to be made on assessing the outcome of UN performance in order to decide whether or not UN presence in Haiti has a negative or positive aspects.

Personally, this is a development that I will follow closer in order to be able to answer the question more effectively next time.
