Dilatory premier Minister Game--An economic rational

The monies allocated to Haiti as a result of the earthquake has been invested by the superpower for their own benefits because they have serious economic problem also. They cannot pull the money now to send it to Haiti reconstruction.

Therefore, the doctors in dilatory maneuvers are devising schemes to put everything in hold in Haiti.

It is not by accident or coincidence that Martelly keep picking an apparently endless ineligible Premier Ministers.

"vice" president Martelly must follow order from his president.
