Thats a joke! Haiti is in bad shape, its at its worse in its entire history.

When you think of the kidnapping, theft, assault on women and men by Haitians, the police can not handle that, we need at this time someone like papa doc with a progessive mind for 10 years, forget about human rights because those criminals do not care about the law anyway, I guaranty you everything would be fantastic, If they know that no one will have mercy on them they will behave, I have been saying it for the longest Haiti is not ready for democracy because the majority of the population is still UNCIVILIZED!
