Haitians are not to blame for all of Haitian problems.

Good sanitation can be very expensive to implement, so many under-developed nations have similar problems.

Current USA leadership have been saying "We screwed up in our past Haiti policies.

We are sorry." but I don't see any movement to fix the damage, or anyone asking them to reverse those actions and policies.
