According to the the above video, I say the boy being restrained, a black person's hands holding the boy's hands behind his back, and not directly on the boy's back a shirtless guy (white?) who appeared to be in a position that can be taken for a sodomy position.

The boy attempted a scream but not a blood curdling cry. Do I have to believe it was staged?

Forgive my cynicism, but I have seen and heard worst.

Sodomize a girl or a boy of 18 years of age is a crime in any country including Haiti.

Those voices in the background laughing like flat souls totally devoid of any kind of humanitarian traits should be shot dead.
It is about time that MINUSTAH leaves Haiti for good. It seems like we have more bad experiences with them than good.
