Listen! I notice you have been trying to tickle our minds with sharp political thoughts, but a sharp razor blade is not a sharp sword.

En garde! 1-Minustha is in Haiti as a result of the embargo of Aristide with OEA and the UN, and the neutralization agenda of the Haitian Army under Aristide.

2-The Ogarnization of American States or OEA were totally responsible to Aristide second return, and the Haitian Market was shifted to feed the Dominican Market;by which measure we are economically depent on the Dominican republic for everyday livelihood.

Simply put, without the US and DR we will end up eating our toes nails.

3-Another realistic thought of this is as follows: Aristide embargo with the OEA paralyzed Haiti economically.

And, the dismantling of the Haitian Army by Aristide's agenda with the the US, gave us UN and MINUSTHA.

So, knowing that this is a learning board for all of us; i hope you take heed and a deep breath while understanding that this imperialist assault you are talking about pales in comparison to the misery assault that our Haitidn Governments and Presidents; that the political leaders and prime ministers; that the Haitian rich and elite have assaulted Haiti and its people with, and that that assault is has done far worse than any other outside assault by any entity.

The Haitian government and politicians have done more harm than any social malady of health disease that our nation is suffering from; there agenga and programs are the reality of the living conditions of the nation.

Simple!
Yes, that can be said of any other nation, but no other nation is expecting 1 to 2 million cases of cholera in the caribbean when it was the #1 nation in tourism in the caribbean just about 30 years ago.
I could say a lot more, but let me just finish by saying a phrase that i have read on this thread written by Mr. Ronald Altieri:
REALITY STARTS WITH A THOUGHT, AND A THOUGHT IS ROOTED IN THE MIND.
I suggest that you profess the idea of venturing in our minds to see what is rooted there, because our reality is our thoughts.

Government political policies without conscience is the worst assault there is on our nation.

And, when misery is the result, then the minds of those making those policies must be cleansed to see a better day.
Let us hope that Michel Martelly can help some to travel in their minds and start the clean up.
In closing, MINUSTAH, US, OEA, PREDATORS AND IMPERIALISTS ARE NOT THE PROBLEM OF HAITI; THE HAITIAN MIND -POLITICAL, SOCIAL AND OTHERWISE- IS ITS PROBLEM.
