President Martelly, i have been emailing former president until today, no rsponds at all for why he never reply me.

IO have a beautiful financial plan for you a plan that you will; not avoid, to save lives and that leads to full sovereignty of your great nation of Haiti.

Becasue every citizen, menaing from age gap of 1 to senior age will be the benficiary.
