The idea for a free education is bright and shine, without a plan, no structure, no legislation in that regard it is considered as a scheme.Let our lawmakers vote on such decision if we really want to progress with it. Otherwise it will be regarded just like another VOAM (voye haiti monte) scheme been orchastrated by the lavalas movement for the development of Haiti.Fraud, Theft,Embezzlement, Corruption
