It's a weak constitution man, really weak. Designed to push Haiti back into slavery! Research it and you'll see what I'm talking about.

It needs to amended, Haiti needs to have an armed forces that will be loyal to the constitution and the Haitian people.

We who are living abroad need to get more involved and more proactive.
