Agent-X states that Martelly is a violator of the press and human rights.This is a 10-4.
Paradoxically, Martelly orchestrated and met his waterloo in Cap Haitien and this is the beginning of the end of his government.

Not all the Duvalierists are thughs and criminals.

I know some Duvalierist who never committed crimes.

But, Martelly surrounded himself with Duvalierists
