Capois give Martelly enough rocks to start construction in P-au-P

Martelly received enough rocks in Cap Haitien for the construction of at least 1/3 of Port-au-Prince buildings.

Those Capois appears to be very patriots and generous.

Let's hope he does not sell a part of the rocks to the Dominicans for cash.
The people in Gonaives, St. Marc, Hinche, Arcahaie, Croix des Bouquets, Citee Soleil, Jacmel, Jeremie and Cayes promised to supply the cement, steel and the man power.
