Martelly, good job. Frankly speaking I did not think much of you. Thank you for understanding the Caricom situation and hopefully Haitian members of the Caricom will be able to understand much more of how their policy and how to maneuver to get a lot more from Caricom since the language of operation will be in one of Haiti's main languages.

Will you be able to push for a Caricom passport of the Haitian members of caricom?

That would have been a milestone for the members.

Lots of issues need to be addressed regarding the members and the French language as a vehicle will make it so much simpler.
