Agent-x, don't bother.

Aristide too did a very good job while he was the mob boss.
He change Haiti without building anything, thanks to him he imported cholera for us, he is a good stockbroker in investing poor Haitians money and gives them good refunds and interests, he gave us the ability to see trash all over Haiti, he gave us nice roads to cruise our troopers and Mitsubishi monteroes, he imported rice/beans and chicken wings, he walked the Capital streets at night to supervise the good works of the very best officials a country can have.
You are very lucky "Agent-x" for not next to me, i would make you swallow you saliva and a few teeth.
