Sometimes one has to speak a language the opponent understands well. As the newly elected President, Martelly may have to put his Neo-Duvalierist dark suit, black shoes, dark glasses, black hat and all to deal with "Inite" and possibly Rene Preval...Martelly is trying to avoid a blood bath, understood.
