Sometimes one has to speak a language the opponent understands well. As the newly elected President, Martelly may have to put his Neo-Duvalierist dark suit, black shoes, dark glasses, black hat and all to deal with "Inite" and possibly Rene Preval...Martelly is trying to avoid a blood bath, understood.

But sometimes a very direct approach is the right approach.

Martelly can re-write his own Constitution as a President, if he has to; Then he can elect whoever he wants to as a Prime Minister.
