Yes it does matter.

There Haitians whi hate Haiti.

There are those who can't wsit to sell the country inch by inch. Therr are those who feel superior because they studied else where.

There are those whi are so confused, they din't know rather they are haitians or not. And at the end, we have those whi love the country and want to see it grow.
So it is better to wait than be sorry.
