Can somebody explain to me in so many words, Why?

Our country is under a flood, but yet no one in our government, except for our President who's willing to help out. To me it's not only sad, but it's shameful as far as I am concern for so long we've had worthless Government in charge.

Now we have people who really care for our country and yet those worthless people still doesn't want to do their job they sworn in to do. Anytime there is a big flood in a country, we as human beings need to get involved to help out and we don't need to wait on the Gorvernments.

Specially if they are not going to help. God bless
