I know what could be done;
someone, under cover should talk to the people those in tents, and could listen to what they are expecting.

that person could be ONG, government, or any one who can record and report the informations, but as I said, has to be under cover.

otherwise you will not know the true.
let me tell you that I am just a Haitian women, a person, a human being; when I go out I do approached the people, I talk to them.
Listen to that very attractive and beautiful young women she is under a tent in champ de Mars, while I was buying a coke in a ''boutik anba tent'' next to her, she was looking at me and I offered her one, I said to her, why are you there?

and she answered; I am here because the state will give us a house.

and I asked her, you have been living in Port au Prince since when?

and believe me, the next day, I went to make sure she was telling the truth, and the lady next to her told me ''antoinette went back to her ''country'' jeremie, and me too I am going back to cayes, my grandmother is alone there she needed me. I recorded many, many more. YES THEY ARE people under tents, and people under tents...

Is not easy.
