I am not in Haiti, and cannot confirm or deny your comments.

We can perhaps create jobs for our young educated Haitians, and dispatch them to investigate the homeless.

I cannot sit here, and confirm anything.

I like to have proof, and would have to see for myself.

I know one thing for certain, and it is the fact that Haitians love to start rumors.
