Often times, extreme situations call for extreme measures!

There is one thing Haiti needs to re-establish more then anything else is the "Death Penality."

The re-instatement of Death Row will prevent a lot of crime because Haitian criminals do not like to die.

If this/these people get caught, they need to be brought to Champs-de-Mars and shoot them all in public, and I guarantee you that would be the end of crime in Haiti, period!
