the ellite is the one responsible for haiti suffering in the last 200 years their are dirty crooks like the do not care we need a change is now or never if the ellite do not want to work to develop the country this time the should pay a price and leave once and for all enought is enought the had done to much damage to haiti reputation at home and abroad the should pay taxes to the state and contribute half of their wealth to help develop haiti we need to make them pay taxes to the state they are getting rich of the state why poor haitians suffer.
