I never heard of him personally, but know the Rouzier family and I grew up with two of them in Haiti.

His CV sounds good, and I do not care as long as he is willing to help move the country forward.

We need qualified human beings who are honest, trustworthy, and have morale compasses.

We need respectable citizens who will put the country first, and want to work hard to improve the lives of the less fortunate.

Haiti must engage the diaspora, and encourage its exiled children to come back. We lost our educated Haitians during the Duvalier's regime, and we must have incentives to bring them back. They are probably tired, and live in cold places all over the world.

They could retire in their country, and educate the rest of the population.

I do not know to many Haitians who want to live overseas for ever, and the majority want to return home. They are afraid, and do not feel safe in Haiti.

They will create jobs for the poor, because they will be receiving pensions and can spend the money in their country.

They will be able to live more comfortably in Haiti, because the cost of living is less and we need them back.
