As the new President of Haiti, President Michel J. Martelly will have to be wise in choosing a Prime Minister.

He said " I am for competency and he wants inclusion" I believe Prime Minister Jean Marx Bellerive has shown competence in handling the reconstruction.

Others might desagree due to the fact the process has been slow. In Haiti's situation it is a very complex matter.
